Collections in Support of Biological Research (CSBR) - No Competition Notice

Good afternoon,
Please note that there will be no CSBR (Collections in Support of Biological Research) competition this year. Although the deadline of 27 July appears on the solicitation on the NSF website, a note on the main CSBR page (http://www.nsf.gov/funding/pgm_summ.jsp?pims_id=503651&org=DBI&from=home) states, “The request for proposals for Collections in Support of Biological Research will be moved to a biennial cycle. A new solicitation which will include new deadline dates is expected to be issued Fall/Winter 2012. Watch this site for updated information.”
A new deadline will be announced at least 90 days in advance. There is no need to respond to this message.
